Today started out really well, but it also started out super early, and I'm feeling off-kilter and kind of hungry? Also (incoming TMI) not actually constipated, but a couple times a day I'll feel like I need to poop, but it doesn't happen on the first couple of tries (and yes, I'm trying the various helpful positions). I feel like blaming it all on PMS is too facile, but maybe that is the answer this time. Anyway, gonna cheat a little because I had breakfast 9 hours before lunch and my stomach doesn't believe it's still the same day.
