March has been an excellent weight loss month so far. I am averaging 45 minutes on the treadmill and I have only missed a few days off my workout but that was on purpose. I began faithfully back on March 5th and I have seen some progress. My eating habits have improved because I take small snacks with me to work now so I won't be tempted. Even though I still get weak around sweets, I am learning to eat them in moderation.
