Day 3 of my 6 Day Shred. I am down a pound and a half from yesterday. I am pleasantly surprised that I am not struggling with the meals. Eggs, brown rice, chicken, salmon, salad greens, berries - what could be bad? And I'm not starving, although I do miss dessert. We'll see how I feel on the 4th, 5th, and 6th day! Thirty minutes on the treadmill, and 3 sets of leg extensions and lifts for my exercise. Have a great day people!
