Weight has been pretty steady for the past month or so. Since my hair started falling out I have backed down on the push to lose. I have been trying to eat well, even if I don't write down each bite. LOL! FS can be addicting! I've recommended this site to my friends who ask about my weight loss.

Wonderful news! The Dr took me off my high blood pressure medication. Appears the dose I'm on is very low and COULD be a contributing factor to the hair loss. While I was there, they drew blood for a lipid profile and to check my vitamin B & D levels. I have also been instructed to take a multivitamin daily. Does anyone have a recommendation for a carb friendly multivitamin?
187.6 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
