another walk run day--was going to run 40 minutes but wasn't ready after doing 30 min run yesterday. so ran a bunch of intervals and pushed a few to almost a 7 min per mile pace--need to augment my running with pushed intervals to get my speed up--came back after 5 miles drenched in sweat with temp outdoors of 21 degrees--felt good.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
