I am SO MAD today. SO MAD SO MAD!!!
I feel like a junky. I caved yesterday. Utterly crumbled to peer pressure and made poor food choices. I am trying so hard to make this a lifestyle change, but it wasn't until today, when I woke up at 5:30 am feeling hungover FROM FOOD that I really grasped what sort of hold food has over me. UGH! I am disgusted with myself!
Yeah yeah. Don't be so hard on myself...today's a new day...blah blah blah...I KNOW BETTER!!!!!
That being said, I am back to square one today.

Just curious, what made you cave? What kinds of foods did you cave to? Were there any healthier alternatives you could have chosen while with your peers? I'm not trying to give you a hard time at all, I just know I've been there and my will is low too when it comes to yummy things. I tend to justify it with knowing I can do better another time and make up for it. That kind of thinking is like smokers thinking when I you get down to it, isn't it? Just one...just one... :) You will do awesome from here on out, you learned a valuable lesson I think and you will likely want to make yourself happy about yourself ahead of making others happy that they can persuade you to do something you didn't really want to. Right? :)

I don't want to diminish what you are saying. I have definitely felt similarly about food choices I've made. Someone once told me that we learn from our mistakes, not our successes, so I would say that you aren't back to square one even if it seems to you that you are. Though again, I hear what you're saying and I know the feeling sucks.

Each day is a new day and a new oppertunity... To try and get re-motivated I Like to make a new plan and change something up.. I once went out and bought a new exersize out fit. If I was better off financially I would have brought home a new elliptical machine, Then I went to the grocer and meandered through the Ailes and just looked at servings and calorie counts. I also look on line and try to come up with new and tasty things to eat, making a game of how nutritious and filling and low cal I can find. Try it. Try anything, but dont give up...
