I thought I had fail off on the 30th of march, so I was sitting around with a sad face, but I have jumped back on the wagon, just eating less again. Mostly trying to trick my body into losing weight on it's own. I have been taking vitamins, that help curve my appetite like coco nut oil vitamins, but it don't last long, I just try to be strong and hang in there. Thanks so much for your support.
