-6 degrees with -21 degree windchill--hard to get my legs limber/loose--80 minutes with 20 min run + several 4 min intervals and one 10 min--rest walking--footing back to ice rink in some areas--was nice to see a weight drop==as always did my crunches, bicycles and pushups
205.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
