Down to 45.5 pounds lost now. 46 sounds much better. Omron scale says I've dropped 3% body fat, gained almost the same in muscle, and trimmed 6 years of my body age in the last 90 days (holidays were a hiccup). It says my true body age is in my 60's.... a little hard to swallow. LOL
213.4 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
