Feeling good but the weight loss has stalled. I think it's too much of a good thing! I've been incorporating whey protein shakes into my diet so that must be the culpret. I have also tred to up my calorie intake so my hair will stop falling out...it has slowed but not stopped. Any advise wouod be appreciated!
