Pretty great day! Starting to hit my stride in the gym and feel like I can actually do the exercises correctly. The lady at the grocery store carded me for a lottery ticket even though I'm turning 40 soon. And then I got to come home and see a nice result on the scale. I don't get many days like this, so I'll take it!
241.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 96.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
