Two workouts yesterday, 2hrs cardio, 2hrs on bike. Very hot, drank constantly through afternoon evening. Feel great although sleep somewhat broken, some catchups needed.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 39.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
