Did a week of the Atkins diet to get back on track but now going back to just low carb that I started in the beginning. It's healthier and makes more sense to have a variety of foods.
179.2 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
