Yesterday was a long, stressful day. I Didn't cook & instead had Mexican. I will better prepare myself next time. Today's a new day!!
207.9 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 84.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

3060 kcal Fat: 141.53g | Prot: 189.80g | Carb: 161.93g.   Breakfast: Garlic, Butter, Mushrooms, Deli Sliced Ham, Cheddar Cheese, Egg. Lunch: Mozzarella Cheese, Garlic, Butter, Broccoli, Green Snap Beans, White Mushrooms (Stir-Fried), Chicken Breast. Dinner: Butter, tilapia, Mushrooms, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Olive Oil, Garlic, Cooked Spaghetti Squash. Snacks/Other: Cheese Filled Cannelloni with Tomato Sauce (Diet Frozen Meal), Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee Creamer, Beer, Rolo Candy, Baked Doritos, Turkey Meat and Skin (Cooked, Roasted). more...
