starting afresh, just come back from a week in the canaries celebrating my 60th and our 42nd wedding anniversary, weighed in this morning, got 5 weeks till my next trip up to Wales to see my little sister and step mum, would like to lose 7 lb....
189.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 April 2016:
1655 kcal Fat: 63.31g | Prot: 66.98g | Carb: 201.12g.   Breakfast: Chia Bia Chia Seeds, Weight Watchers Caramel and Banoffee Layered Fromage Frais, Quaker Oat So Simple Golden Syrup (36g), Bananas. Lunch: Aldi Pickled Sliced Beetroot, Deli Sliced Ham, Deli Sliced Ham, Tesco Finest Wholemeal with Wheatgerm Cob, Walkers Quavers (16g). Dinner: Tesco Petits Pains, Tesco Creamy Coleslaw, Morrisons Sweet & Crispy Salad, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Tesco Sirloin Steak. Snacks/Other: Tesco Swirly Chocolate Cheesecake. more...

Five weeks. Should be easy. Most of that 6.5lbs is probably water. You can do it.
