se5girl's Journal, 29 February 2016

Well after a disastrous week, where I hardly tracked my meals, over ate, had a very bad Sunday diet wise, we was celebrating my son's 40th birthday with family, I managed to lose 0.5 lb. A little loss but not good enough! We have booked a week in the sun for my 60th in April, so I have something to aim for. I would like to lose 12 lbs before my holiday, that's 2 lbs a week from now on...that would take me into the next stone bracket, and nearly into the 11's which I haven't been near for a long time...also trying to do 10,000 steps a day to earn bonus calories...wish me luck...
183.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 February 2016:

Hi Se5girl Any weight loss is good news, just get back on track and try again and before you know it the lbs will be falling off, We are hoping to get away for a short break April/May we have a motor home and are going to the South West of France (Mimizan Plage) by then the weather should be picking up a bit and will hopefully wear knee length shorts for the first time in years (as short shorts would look gross on ), ..... lets try and lose the weight! My aim is 10lbs by the holiday and when my Daughter gets married in August I would like to have reached my Ultimate goal of losing a total of 28lbs fingers crossed.....Happy Days BFN Maggy May

Thank you Maggy May, I'm sure we can do this. The south of France sounds fabulous, I wear shorts, I'm terribly self conscious of my short stumpy legs, but hey Ho you see worse don't you...I do really well in the daytime with my diet but the evenings are my downfall, so I have bought one of those adult colouring books, I'm learning to crochet, to keep me occupied,I have sugar free werthers mints to munch just in case. ..lol, think I have most of the bases covered, failing that gaffer tape over my mouth might be more successful. .xxx
