Lost 2 lbs on my first week, happy with that had a good Saturday with the hubster, steak dinner and a gooey pudding, way over calories but hey Ho! Sunday lunch with the girlie's, very off piste and alcohol was involved, had a great time and a bustin gossip...New week ahead exercise tomorrow, lots of walking and extra calories earned. ..
184.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1192 kcal Fat: 55.48g | Prot: 64.48g | Carb: 105.18g.   Breakfast: Plain Yoghurt (Skim Milk), Quaker Oat So Simple Golden Syrup (36g). Lunch: Walkers Lights Crisps, Tesco Creamy Coleslaw, Tesco Honey Roast Ham, Hovis Wholemeal Bread Thick. Dinner: Tesco Chicken Tikka Masala. more...
