Hovering in the 140's which totally works for me, even if I'm no longer at my goal weight of 145. Spent the past couple weeks seeing how I could "manage" without being so rigid in my daily logging of meals and weight. Two-point-two pounds isn't bad. I figure that's a pretty natural fluctuation, so I'm pretty pleased with my test.

Keeping on, keeping on...
148.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is very encouraging. I'm almost at your point where I need to trust myself to eat right w/o logging every single item cause I'm getting tired of that. I'm not tired of exercising and eating right, just being obsessive about weigh in's and food logging.
