Hooray, week two and I lost another 2 pound. I am eating too many carbs but it is working for me so I am going to stick to this diet. Calorie counting.
Will change the foods and exercise more when I start to plateau.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 January 2016:
1318 kcal Fat: 30.05g | Prot: 52.08g | Carb: 220.47g.   Breakfast: No Name Honey, Flavahans Porridge Oats, Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Tea with Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Ryvita Dark Rye Crackers, Tnuva Edam Cheese, Tomatoes. Dinner: Mushrooms, Cooked Carrots, Fish with Cream or White Sauce, Spinach, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Green Peas (Drained Solids, Canned). Snacks/Other: Tea with Skimmed Milk, Trader Joe's Raw Pumpkin Seeds, Pink Lady Apples, Rowntree's Fruit Gums. more...

Yes Rckc, I know I am eating too many carbs but as said will change it if it stops working for me. Looking at your history on this site you have done so well . I am very impressed. Thankyou slimjim21 for your comment. I wish you both great success in reaching your target weights.
