Enough of this eating
on the fly
Thinking I'm eating
pretty fly
my fat's no secret
to those passing by
and the exacerbation of my osteo-arthritis,
well you know what they say
MY HIPS DON'T LIE!!!!!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
