Things are finally starting feel normal. I eat just a single portion size and I feel satisfied. I got so angry at my self when I stepped on the scale at the beginning of the year, now I realize, all thing happen for a reason. I don't want to loose weight to look better, I want to loose weight to be healthy and happy for my kids. I had forgotten how my children loved all the healthy snacks over the sugar coated cookies. This has became a whole family challenge.
212.9 lb Lost so far: 88.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
