I have been OFFLINE for quite a while but have been doing my UTMOST to remain faithfull to "the plan". Not saying this has worked out 100% but I have pretty much kept off the 50 lbs I lost last year. In the new year, I am committed to logging/blogging about my food intake. I simply must if I ever want to reach my goal.
I have been added to a private FL group of Low Carb High Fat dieters and have seen some amazing transformations as well as a whole bunch of great recipes. The kids are grown and ALMOST gone so it's just Hubby and I to feed most days. That makes it much easier to cook and eat what pleases me/us, which is a relief.

216.0 lb Lost so far: 50.6 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
