Getting SO close to my goal for September...which is at 45 lbs down. Feeling good if a little sore from walking the parking garage at lunch for the past two days, not to mention shopping at the mall last night for 2 hours with 2 teen age girls! Had a good breakfast this morning...my favorite omelet (wilted fresh spinach & cheddar) with a Tbs of sour cream on top...Yum-Oh! Heading to a local Fall festival this afternoon with the kids...so more walking in store. My whole attitude has improved since I started this weight loss plan. I feel so empowered! I can't wait until I can move off induction and add more/different carbs to my diet. I've been on induction for almost 4 months with only a very few forays into OWL....so I have seen how it slows the weight loss. My momentum is good right now so I don't WANT to slow it down. I'm struggling to eat enough of the right calories and not too much fat....already have enough of THAT jiggling on my thighs!
222.4 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
