Well being as you are noo and don't have a record all of your food since you started I cannot give you any ideas as to why you gained 2 pounds but if you are seriously following Atkins, than you should have lost. 9 times out of 10 when someone is not seeing success on Atkins they are not following the plan. 12 - 15g net carbs should be from veggies. You have 2 meals in you calendar today and you are sitting at 2g net carbs you need 20... so are you going to eat 18 at dinner?? just curious. Also if you haven't done so please go read the Atkins website, and the books, and use the information on this site to get yourself set up. I may be completely crazy because I don't do atkins but I am pretty sure ceasar dressing is not part of induction. I suggest printing out the induction list of "safe" foods and following it.

Ceasar dressing is allowed because typically it has 0 or 1 gram of carbs. That being said, Perhaps you need to start over in Induction and folow it to a tee. It will work for you if you do this. You also might try cutting out cheese to see if that's what is stalling you. And do make sure you get in your veggies, they will help you feel full. Spread your carbs out throughout the day. I have a hard time for breakfast, but I make up for it for the rest of the day. Good luck and don't give up.

It is very very very important that you log your food so you can see what you are doing. I plan my day out the night before so that I can tweak it. It is not always perfect and sometimes I have to make adjustments but it is much better than when I first started. I received a lot of help here when I first started and believe me I could not have done it without the advice from those here on this website. However they could not have helped me if I had not logged all of my foods. Also I can tell you that last weekend when I went to the grocery store I looked at the ingredients in Kens Caesar Salad dressing (you can also go to their website) and it contains sugar and corn syrup. Even though it is low carb it is still not part of the Atkins diet. You have to read labels and make sure foods do not have sugar, corn syrup, flour or starch in them. It explains this in the book and on their website. Don't be fooled by the carb content, READ the ingredients. I am no pro but if you feel the need to talk feel free to send me a private message. You CAN do this with the right guidance and by educating yourself. Good Luck!!

i have been using ken's creamy caesar dsg and still have lost weight....so it hasn't affected my wgt loss. i didn't notice it had corn syrup...will check my bottle when i go home, but it is my favorite so i don't think it will stop me from eating it. i also am in OWL heading toward Pre-Maintence....my advice: you need to eat your veggies and take your muti-vitamins and omega-3. i noticed i lost MORE weight when i took my omega-3's!

Kens Creamy Caesar about the lowest carb you can buy. If it has corn syrup in it the amount had got to be awful tiny.
