Yas. Scale went down even though I had spaghetti for dinner. 😆
Did that treadmill for half hour in the morning yesterday. Also took a walk with my daughter around the neighborhood.
169.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
