A small decrease of 0.2 lbs.
35 min walk with my daughter around the neighborhood yesterday. Saturday, I did about 30 mins on the treadmill and 30 min total body strength training.
Happy Monday everyone!
171.9 lb Lost so far: 21.1 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
