Saturday was 30 min treadmill
Sunday was 30 min treadmill, 26 min strength training core and upper body, 13 min yoga

☺️ Heading into next week, I have work travel for most of it. I am hoping I can find time to do some yoga and strength training in the hotel room but there are usually too many people trying to socialize with me. My appetite is still pretty low so I may be able to resist some of that social stuff. It’s a lot of hours and I know I am going to be exhausted by next weekend with many flights. Following week is 3 days home and then another 3 in hotel. Weee! 😂
173.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Omg, sounds exhausting! Good luck with all the unique challenges of fitness goals while being away.

Hi Monica! Work/Travel/Social all together have a unique set of stressors 😵🥴😩 and everyone has their own agenda (as they should). I found out the hard way to put myself/self-care on every day's agenda. A set of noise cancelling headphones for 20 minutes for a workout or whatever music energizes or relaxes you made a huge difference. 20 minutes of shutting out everyone else's agenda helped to keep me 'centered' on what my goal was (and able to actually enjoy travel/work/social situations without coming home feeling worn/burnt out! Hope this helps 😊

Traveling and staying on track can be tricky. For me, exercise helps tremendously! Even if I can only get a brisk walk in, it helps with motivation. I also take prepped veggie packs, rice cakes, fruit, etc to help me with snacking.

Thanks for the excellent tip, Breezy! I am going to implement something like that before my morning showers. I may need an evening yoga release as well. I always go into this every year with good intention but I am making the extra effort this year. 🥇
