I was hungry all week. What happened?…I started the week with a high carb day. I wouldn’t say I blew it over the weekend, but I did eat out so probably didn’t record accurately. I need to drink more water.
131.7 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
