Yesterday was my day to splurge and eat unhealthy so I had fried chicken, onion rings and other things. Of course it messed up my diet but I was tired, busy and needed one day to just take a break from the diet. In the process, I gained 2 pounds today. I made up for it today by eating a salad. I am only planning to do between 7000-8000 steps today since I have been exercising hard all week and I am a bit sore.
