Frustrated not as good as the previous two weeks. I so just want to get there. I ate stuff I shouldn't have and am feeling guilty not appreciating what I have done. Bad me. So on we go.
317.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 197.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OK...Not all weeks are good...some are better than others... You still have a 2 lbs. per week average the last 2 weeks... Which is VERY goooutd!!!! Keep posting and keep on keeping on!!! Maybe read my journal post from this past Mon. And see if any of those Perspectives appeals to you!!! Take Care!!!!!

While it may not be of any consolation to you I would give anything to see a 2# let alone a 4# drop in one week. We all want to get there and patience is a virtue that I am having to re-learn. You are doing very well with your plan. Eating something that you shouldn't have will always be there...it's just acknowledging such and then thinking what I can do next time that will prevent the guilty feelings and damage that I created. Never say BAD ME...you aren't bad, you are human! We are here for you!
