Strechen

Bench press: 1x 8 27.5kg  1x 8 30kg (cyril 12x) 2x 6 35kg (cyril 2x 12) cyril 1x 8 40kg
Concentration curls/hammer curls: 3x 8 10kg (allebei)
Barbell row: 3x 6 50kg (Barbara) 3x 8 50kg (Cyril)
Lat pulldown: 2x 10 40kg 1x 8 50kg  1x 8 55kg (allebei) (cyril 10x 50 & 10x 60kg)
Triceps pushdown: 2x 10 30kg 1x 8 35kg
- cyril 2x 12 30 kg 1x 8 50kg
Pallof press: 3x 8 20kg - Cyril 1x 12 20kg 2x 12 30kg
Cable row: 1x 10 40kg 1x 10 50kg
(Cyril: 1x 12 45kg 1x 12 60kg 1x 12 70kg - 1x 6 70kg voor het filmpje 😁)
Abs crunch (machine) 2x 8 20kg 1x 8 15kg
(Cyril 2x 12 20kg 1x 14 30kg)

Getraind samen met VL. Was gezellig! 🙌💪
166.0 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
