Seated Good morning: 2x 8 20kg 1x 10 20kg
Prone leg curl machine single 25kg 2x 10 30kg 2x 10
Seated calf raises (dumbbell op dij) 20kg
12x 2  24kg 2x 12  28kg 1x 12
Romeins bankje rug: 10x3 met schijf van 10kg
Abdominal machine: 6x 2 - 20kg (vervelende pijn in buikspier aan rechterkant 😑)

Stretchen
166.4 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
