1st goal : loose 30 lbs! ✅ (since the 4th of July)

New goal : 215 lbs. (My weight when I gave birth 6 years ago!)
I bet I can do it before Christmas !

230.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
