weighed in at 171.6 pounds i prefer to round out my weights but this time i cheated entered 171 pounds on my weigh in instead of 172 just the psychology of fooling yourself into thinking i'm on a new weight loss campaign gets me motivated although i have been told that i am too skinny and not to lose anymore weight because i already look like skin and bones.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

went to sleep with eating only lunch yesterday wasn't hungry for dinner but then when i went to bed as i got drowsy started to get slight hunger pains but woke up really hungry or feeling a craving for food but the craving didn't hit me until lunchtime as i sipped on tea all morning without any food. still 100 percent vegan although friends think i'm crazy and that i'll eventually grow out of it (this vegan phase) i don't think so.

11.6 percent body fat 56 percent water body fat fluctuates between 9.7percent to 14 percent i guess it is because of the water retention which affects body fat percentage higher water percentage equal lower body fat percentage. i guess my average body fat is 12 percent between the extremes of water retention and fat readings.
