Several very good days with no appetite and maintaining calorie intake around 1000. Went out with friends Saturday night and had only 1 drink, and that was just to not be weird. I can't believe how well the 2.5 Mounjaro works.

Eating only what I have to at this point. Every calorie is forced. I know I need more but I can't do it. This is a miracle drug!
255.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
