30 minute treadmill walk tonight. Breaking back into things easy. 🐌
Could only plank for 1 min 45 seconds today but I still went the full 3 min 15 seconds with 2 short rests. I’ll get back up to my old time again. 😊
179.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
