I think all my water weight is lost , now to start the real journey, God help me get through this weekend, 🙏 I fell so many times off the wagon, I lost count ,
194.7 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
