TGIF ……. I look forward to Fridays for many reasons:

Reflecting on the week’s accomplishments and accepting I did my best on all levels with my primary focus on my general health, activity, well being practising self care, kindness, patience, praise, living well and seeing the great successes of my effort. I am the #1 priority.

Work is work and I give 100% everyday, 1 call/visit at a time. Work is a big stressor which I am working very hard to accept and reduce, manage base on my mantra of living a well rounded, grounded and balanced life.

Blood glucose in range of 5.

Goals:
Slow and steady at loss.
Plan to reduce and stop Metformin.
I can do it, I will do it.
Continue walking 10,000 steps daily and recognize, accept some days I don’t and that’s okay!
Sleep well, eat well.

169.1 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
