I guess I’m in a bit of a lull. I haven’t been as consistently active this week due to all this rain. Now I know I won’t melt walking in the rain but I have to say I’m not fond of walking in the rain. I will look on Marketplace to see if I can find a treadmill of elliptical for at home as a back up plan.
Fasting glucose consistent and below 6. That’s my goal and achieving. As one said, this journey is a marathon and not a sprint.

Or, save some money and you could do a body weight routine in your home that requires little to no equipment, and will probably give you better results than a treadmill anyway 😉

Angie: when the weather is bad, I just put on some tunes and dance up a sweat in my living room. There are so many workouts you can stream for free right on your TV or on YouTube.

@just bananas ….. I remember the days of videos and step aerobics in my living room. In this day and age, yes streaming an exercise program I can and will do. Dancing up a storm is fabulous! Bring on the rain 😊
