Moving in the wrong direction. 🤔. I have been eating too much. I think some of the weight is hopefully water restention. Anyway, my next short term goal is to reach 58kg. So 5.6kg to go. I am going to try and reach it within two months. Is that too ambitious?
140.2 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
