ye, in ketosis, at last. Now I just need to drink less wine, will try from 2 glasses a night too only 1 glass as wine can throw you out of ketosis. I think I will use a smaller wine glass and still have two glasses. Just wish I can get myself to use my elephant (treadmill). Can burn fat so much faster.
139.3 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I must say, although Iv'e had wine or whiskey every night - I have still stayed in ketosis - weird, but weightloss took 4 weeks. I know I will lose faster if I can cut it, but I suppose we have to break the addictions 1 by 1 :-)
