I'm back to Atkins. AFter being on it for so long, it's just easier now! I know what I can eat, and don't have to count any points. So, for right now, this is my lifestyle!!! Only took a week and a half to figure that out lol.

Hi - It is good to experiment! People all over FS are trying spike days, eating more fat, different veggies, etc. etc. etc. It is almost like we have to trick our bodies. You lose weight when you hurt your knee, and even when you go on vacation. At lease now you shouldn't be so hesitant the next time you want to try something new.

I've been thinking about doing the same....Atkins to WW. Since Atkins has been so good to me I hate to leave it but I really feel I shouldn't be missing out on all the good summer fruit and veggies....mangos, squash, strawberries, melons etc. I'm surprised you switched back to Atkins so quick. I'd like to keep in touch especially if you try WW again! Thanks

Babsio...summer squash like yellow squash and zucchini are fine on Induction. And, berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.) and melons (canteloupe and honeydew) are acceptable fairly early in OWL, assuming your body can handle them.

Not sure why your weight changed, but the upside is that you can record an immediate .2-pound loss to get yourself back to where you finished WW!
