I said I only want to reach my goal weight of seventy because then I am medically healthy. however. I have gotten stuck on 71. I want to aim to reach 65 now. I feel like I can do it. I feel like if I continue to eat the way info nowl, I will reach it naturally. probably not soon,but we will see what happens. I am not willing to eat less but I willing to be more active...we shall see. I am averaging 1800 to 2 000 calories a day. I am enjoying eating. eating a lot as well but plant based. it's really great. I wonder if I will soar weigh if I continue like this. we shall see. running three times a week.
