Seems fine to me! Have you tried weighing-in daily? It will fluctuate a little, but will help you find what works best.

I've done that in the past but then it turns into an eat disorder for me unfortunately and ruins my day if I havnt lost anything so I promised everyone I would only weight in either weekly or fortnightly or once a month but even weekly stresses me out lol

I must admit I'm a little obsessed with the scales and my weekend gains! Well done for holding off, and a loss is a loss, be happy 🥳
