now that I've basically reached my goal weight it's great to have a nez goal. getting fit and strong and active. i started running last week and i never really liked running,but i gave the garmen coach a try and they make it super easy for beginners. i actually have more energy and il excited to go out again .aiming for 5k
157.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
