Well went out for pizza and me my husband and 16 year old daughter ate an extra lrg pizza right there and then all went down hill from there candy, chocolate ect now I'm right back up to where I was at the beginning of the challenge !!! Darn it !!!! Oh well what can you do gotta get back on tract !!! Hopefully I can loose the weight as quickly as i gained it !!! Funny how that works !!! Went to yoga last night with a friend. That was good now time for some cardio !!!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It'll be mostly water weight gain from the extra calories/carbs/salt. If you drink lots of water and restrict calories it should come right back off.

I agree with jmb3450! You can't gain that much fat overnight! Drink lots if water and eat healthy foods ans amounts and you'll be back down in the coming days!

many of the pizza places have gluten free crust now, don't forget to ask.

Many dieters, have a day that they eat what they want, and then the next day, you will eat less, or eat just protein, I find out if I eat only protein, the next day, the weight comes right off. Don't be hard on yourself, you can give yourself a gold star for going to yoga.

Thanks everyone I lost over 2 lbs over night so hopefully the rest come off as easily !!

@Karenromiaih2002, that's good to know. I will keep that in mind. I've been trying to eat more protein. I keeps me full longer.
