trashed my shoulder last night in class. possibly dislocated/relocation. so no weights for a few weeks. no karate. going to have to be very careful regarding diet.
150.4 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
