I was 143lb.in June 2017 but from then I became ill, so struggling with the medication water weight up and down. . Knowing it's possible, just trying not to give up.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
