Had surgery couple months ago. Put a lot of weight on. Got to try lose it again. Im struggling.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just take it slow, eat healthy and be patient and consistent. Results will come.
