😳😳😳 I have no idea why I'm still at the same weight as last week 🤨🤨not what i expected but it is what it is 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Last week I did 5 days of exercise and 2 of 22 hours of fasting
125.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
